Andrea Elson

Andrea Hope Elson, an American actress and former model was a former actor who has since retired. Elson's professional career started out as a young actor and model. She is famous for her character Alice Tyler in CBS science fiction. Andrea was a contestant and landed the part as Lynn Tanner on the hit ALF ALF (1986). The actress continued to appear throughout her career on popular TV shows as well as Movies of the Week before taking a break from the entertainment industry in order to spend time with her family. ALF came during a particularly difficult period to Andrea Elson, who played Lynn Tanner, the teenage daughter of Kate and Willie. People reported in 2000 that Elson found it difficult to develop as an actress before the audience of sitcoms. Born on the 6th of March 1969, in New York City, this green-eyed actress was a frequent traveler because of her father's job in advertising. Prior to turning ten Andrea had lived at New York Chicago San Diego Los Angeles. Andrea was in San Diego when she met an agent. The part for which she had auditioned for was awarded. Fusco was in favor of the idea declaring, "ALF can drink beer because he is older than 285." However as ALF became more popular with young children, NBC informed Fusco you can't have him drinking when the children watch because it's not a good image to model. Fusco believed that ALF could be a drinker even as an adult. His lymphoma was first diagnosed in the year 1995. The treatment was successful and went into complete remission throughout the year 2019. The cancer was fatal on 26 June 2019 when he was 75. His funeral was held at the Lillian Booth Actors Home, Englewood NJ.
